Germaphobe
So they call me a germaphobe.... I lysol my classroom everyday. I wash my hands numerous times a day and make sure everyone around me washes their hands as well. I thought I was doing good. I made it from August to March working in a public school, go out of down and start developing a cold. To no avail, guess who is sick? Sometimes, the sickness is too strong. For all the germaphobes out there, sometimes the cleaning and wiping down is just not enough. Made me think back to a time when soap and water wasn't readily available and our antibiotics today didn't exist. All the settlers had was a fire, occasional bath, sometimes food not fit to eat, and they still survived. Makes me wonder if all the precautions are physiological. I'm still going to be a germaphobe and continue to be as cautious about germs as I have been. By the way... go wash your hands.
